With all the rain it is feeling truly Autumnal, but at least we have some lovely new Nordic Walks to enjoy!
We kicked off earlier this month with a NEW walk from Helmingham Hall with coffee afterwards at Wrights cafe.
On Tuesday Sept 5th we had a super NEW coastal walk in Stutton on the Shotley peninsula (not to be confused with Sutton near Woodbridge)!
The Sutton Hoo walk was repeated on Monday 18th Sept, as only a few people could make this NEW walk and everybody who did loved it and wanted to do it again!
In October, our regular walker Jim is kindly plotting a NEW Shotley Peninsula walk on Monday 9th which may well include a lunch I’m delighted to hear!
The Tuesday group will be going to Framlingham on Oct 17th and I’m hoping we can visit The Common Room afterwards (currently my favourite coffee shop)!
I’ve long wanted to explore the giant, ancient oaks of Staverton Park in Rendlesham Forest and the atmospheric “Thicks”, so am looking forward to a NEW 12.5k half day walk on Monday 6th November.
Finally, we have a lovely NEW walk along the estuary in Woodbridge on Tuesday 28th November.
Of course, there are also many of our favourite walks and you can see our new listing HERE. I’ll happy to hear your ideas for more new places (and coffee shops) in 2024.
Look out our fun Christmas lunches soon!
Why not join our friendly informal groups, criss-crossing Suffolk. All are welcome and of all abilities. If you are not yet a Nordic Walker why not book a lesson, solo, with a friend or get a group together?
