This weekend, there is another opportunity to experience the new SOUND BATH, with Emma Curio at the Coddenham Centre.
What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Bath Healing is an ancient holistic modality that works via vibrational resonance. Therapeutic Sound activates our parasympathetic nervous system and reduces our brain activity from active Beta state to more meditative Alpha and Theta states with minimal effort. It provides deep relaxation and has a gentle, yet powerful, positive effect on physical, mental and emotional levels.During the experience, people comfortably lay (or sit), whilst being blissfully ‘bathed’ in the deeply nourishing sounds and healing vibrations of therapeutic instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, shakers and chimes. Many people even fall asleep during the hour due to the deep relaxation it creates.
Want to give it a try, or maybe you have already enjoyed the benefits?
Sessions are available this Sunday 3rd November between 5 and 6pm and repeated on the 5th December, at the same time.
