Enthusiastic Nordic Walker JENNY GIBBS has today completed her commitment to walking an astonishing 100 miles in January, to raise funds for Motor Neuron Disease.

Jenny who is 81 and a regular walker with the Suffolk School of Nordic Walking, based at the Coddenham Centre, has raised over £2000 walking 3 miles a day, often with the support of her fellow Nordic Walkers and many others.

Part of the Motor Neurone Disease Association ( MNDA) call for fundraisers to run 31 miles in January, Jenny chose to Nordic Walk, after a member of her family was diagnosed with the disease.

Today’s walk is a wet finale in Debenham, CONGRATULATIONS Jenny!
