Silver Swans
It’s never too late to shine!

Silver Swans® ballet classes have been specifically designed for over-55s. But whatever your age, if you are looking for a new way to keep fit and have fun, our ballet classes will put a spring in your step. Whether you’ve never danced before or want to get back into the swing of it, Silver Swan classes have something for everyone.

All classes are taught by a registered teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance, ensuring you get the best experience. Silver Swans will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination, and energy levels. Additionally, you will learn the traditional ballet steps and perform them to instantly recognise classical ballet music. This class is accessible to all abilities, it provides the right movements that work with your body to give you a comfortable workout.

Weekly at The Coddenham Centre every Monday , 10am – 11am.

    Hi Lily.would like to try your class at Coddenham on mondays as not managed to get to debenham class on a wednesday. Please advise if you have any availability for tomorrow many thanks

    Dear lily, I am interested in trying your silver swan class on a Monday, I am a beginner, how much will it cost and are you on every Monday, I would like come after Easter, kind regards Jeannette gordon

      Hi Jeanette,

      Thank you for getting in touch! We are currently on our Easter break, however we are shortly returning on Monday the 8th April from 10am – 11am.

      No worries about being a beginner! Most of my participants have never danced or haven’t in a while.

      Each class is £8 payable through cash or bank transfer on the day. Additionally, for the cheaper rate of £7.50 you can pay for a minimus of 5 classes in advance. Whatever works best for you!
