I personally found yoga about twenty years ago. During this time, I have enjoyed exploring different types of practice. My classes are based around a slow flow and are suitable for all abilities.
My focus includes Pranyama – breathing techniques, body alignment, some balance, and relaxation. Yoga has personally helped me through stressful times in my own life and I am passionate about helping others too. Yoga is a journey with mind, breath, and body connection.
All you need is a mat, please do come along and try a class. You may also wish to bring blankets, props, cushion etc to aid your practice.
