We are constantly looking for new opportunities to develop health and wellbeing at the Coddenham Centre so are delighted to introduce these NEW offers of Meditation from Emma Curio –
Join Emma from 10am – 12pm on the 20th October for a 2-hour Introductory Workshop to learn what meditation is and what benefits it can offer you. There will be the opportunity to practice various meditation techniques such as using the body, the breath and sound as anchor points for your awareness. The session is £20, £10 for concessions.
This will be followed from the 5th November with a weekly drop-in meditation session every Tuesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Sessions are just £5. For booking and more information please email curiowellbeing@gmail.com Alternatively ask at the Centre.
