We have a limited number pf places on our next Get Nordic Walking course, which will introduce you to a lifetime of Nordic Walking.

Over two 90 minute lessons on Saturdays 1st and 8th July 2.30pm – 4pm, based at the easily accessible Coddenham Centre. All equipment is provided.Toilets, tea and car charging available. There is even an outdoor gym, recreation ground & zip wire, plus a welcoming village shop/cafe, if you want to make an afternoon of it!

We guarantee you’ll have fun and start to get fitter.
