Courses for everyone, novice to seasoned Nordic Walker. Call us or email to discuss what you want to achieve or learn.

Get Nordic Walking

This will get you walking to the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA) standard over three hours in two weekly sessions from £45 per head, including pole hire. Minimum of four people.

We also offer this course on a one to one or one to two basis from £36 per hour, companions at half price.

Personal one-to-one training

We offer personal training from £36 per hour, including poles if required. A companion is also half price.

Availability

We are usually able to work around diaries. Visiting the heart of Suffolk? We can sometimes offer consecutive days training if it helps your schedule.
