Suffolk Greenest County Carbon Charter Gold Award

The Coddenham Centre has secured its latest Award, this time for its Environmental Accreditation.  .

It has been awarded the Gold Carbon Charter Award by Suffolk County Council’s Environment Strategy Team  and the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership for the Centre’s work since 2020 and a whopping 91% reduction in its carbon footprint, alongside a range of initiatives internally and working with the community.

All credit to everyone who has contributed over the years and our thanks to all our supporters including local Councillors Dave Penny & John Whitehead who helped underwrite with Locality Funds.

Well done Coddenham!

A summary of the progress outlined in the citation is as follows;
