With the continuous expansion of catering activities and new lunches coming in the Autumn, volunteers are being taken through Food Safety refreshers.
Centre Manager Gail Springett is leading volunteers including Trustees through latest aspects of hygiene and safety, plus briefing on equipment for our ‘ Cooked In Coddenham’ offers.
All to maintain our 5 * hygiene rating and ensure continuation of the best possible standards at the Coddenham Centre.
